Experience one of Tanzania’s most unique and authentic cultural encounters with the Hadzabe tribe, one of the last remaining hunter-gatherer communities in East Africa.

This immersive day trip takes you to Lake Eyasi, where you will join the Hadzabe early in the morning for a traditional hunting experience using bows and arrows, learn survival skills, discover their click language, and understand their ancient way of life that has remained unchanged for thousands of years.

Itinerary

08:00 AM – Pick-up from Arusha
 Pick-up from your hotel or lodge in Arusha. Begin the Beautiful drive to Lake Eyasi.

12:30 PM – Arrival at Lake Eyasi
 Meet the Hadzabe (Bushmen) and Datoga tribes. Begin a guided cultural experience, including:

• Traditional hunting demonstrations with the Hadzabe
• Visit Datoga tribe for blacksmith and beadwork demonstrations
• Learn about daily life, traditions, and cultural stories from local elders

02:00 PM – Lunch Break
 Enjoy a traditional lunch  and drinks provided during the tour.

03:00 PM – Cultural Activities Continue

• Participate in community activities and interactive sessions with tribe members
