Things to Know Before You Go 

1. Respectful Wildlife Viewing
   This experience focuses on observation and education. Visitors should not attempt to touch, feed or interact directly with the animals except for a few baboons roaming around the zoo which can be fed designated food given by the guides. All viewing is done from designated safe areas to ensure both your safety and animal welfare.
2. Comfortable Walking
   The tour involves light to moderate walking on flat, shaded paths. Comfortable shoes are recommended. Rest breaks are included and the pace is suitable for families and travellers of all ages.
3. Optional Add-Ons
   Guests may request a picnic setup or short horse riding session within the zoo grounds. These are optional and subject to availability. Please inform us in advance if you wish to include these activities.
4. Weather Considerations
   The experience is outdoors. Light rain or sunshine is generally fine, but extreme weather may require rescheduling. Bring sunscreen, a hat and light clothing for comfort.
